This book will look to share 25 different sessions, that can be used and adapted by coaches in many different ways. The sessions vary from Large-Sided Practices, which require high amounts of tactical detail, to the kind of session that will help teams recognize the movements and the triggers to unlock the opponent. To unopposed finishing sessions that challenge the understanding and technique of attacking players, in attacking situations that are realistic and meaningful. 

Parts of the sessions included will look to re-create situations where teams look to counter-attack quickly on the transition (regain of possession) as well as how to exploit the opponent when they drop into a deep defensive block and look to prevent our attackers from penetrating.

As the image below shows, the sessions are of high professional quality, detailing the ways in which an attacking session can be used to exploit the opponent. The books don't just include the images of sessions and how it has been used with other coaches, but the more intricate detail on how the sessions can be adapted to be used at different levels, how the players might need support, and how that support might be delivered and how you can link the session to the game model you currently have.
